Who We Are?

Who We Are? Silicon is an emerging software firm in Lalitpur, Nepal producing world-class quality software for its clients since establish. We produce intelligent and powerful software which completely maneuvers our client’s job competently. Our team are committed to continuous advancement in our intellect and expertise and thus accomplishing our success through the pursuit of elevated performance and quality.

We believe that our job is to listen, research and understand the requirements unique to each individual business. In fact, it is the long-term relationships with our clients that has served as a solid foundation for our company.

The projects were enterprise applications in different domains and plat-forms including web, desktop and the combinations. Silicon Soft was also providing mobile and tablet solution. We decided to add Mobile platform in our service list.

We worked on more projects for other customers as well as for the two from very beginning. We did not look for new projects in the freelancer sites as we already had enough work to do. We also started our own proprietary ERP and CRM software branded as Silicon Soft ERP. This is still under development and a release is planned by the end of 2020.

Currently, we have formed a new team for development dedicated for projects. We will be looking for new projects having fair budget and long term relationship with the organization.

In 2019, we have also started IT training wing with an objective to train in a way which will make the participants versed and capable to develop software in commercial environment, rather making just a coder. We also found a knowledge gap in the fresher’s joining industries from the recruitment experience of a decade. We decided to develop an industry readiness program to train various industries aspects, standards, design pat-terns, processes etc. We are jointly working with the Universities to start seminars on Industry Readiness Program.

Analyze

We create specifications and guidelines analyzing the customers’ business flows and users needs to build convenient mobile apps.

Create Prototype

We work on the use cases to develop fleshed-out concepts that will stand for fusion of form, functionality and effectiveness.

System Design

We apply the mobile friendly platforms guidelines to the brand identity and make a beautiful and user-friendly design.

Custom Coding

We create an extensible architecture and write a clean and stable code. We integrate with the technologies of our clients.

QA

We perform manual functional testing and create UI-autotests. We prepare checklists and test cases.

24/7 Support

We work under the Service Level Agreement. We monitor the stability of the application work and make the apps ready for new devices and versions.

Tiwari has experience in various fields of ICT Sector. He developed, managed and took lead in many software application development for both local and international markets. He has in-depth knowledge in software project management, system analysis, business needs analysis, and object oriented modelling and relational database modelling. He has managed and overseen many high profile IT projects in the recent years.

He worked in many local and overseas software projects. He has a good experience of outsourcing and off-shore software development. His skills and knowledge on agile project management and software development is very extensive. Certification and skills in technologies make him much stronger in the market for professional IT service delivery.
